Tryed calling cannot get anyone or anyone to call back!! Very frustrating!! Searched several times for tablecloth would not even bring it up, finally after 3 days it come up today. This was the last chance, if it would not have come up I would have threw catalog in garbage, you cant get help when you call same message alk the time no one will answer phones!! Not a happy customer!!
Disappointed that I was unable to cancel a part of the order within 24 hours. Accidentally ordered 2 bedspreads and now have to go to the PO to send it back, provide my own return label (no printer) or pay $7.99 for yours. Don't drive, very difficult endeavor for a refund on a limited income.

I finally received one of my orders and it was very nice.
Sizes of items are not correct. Shipment was fast and easy
I am returning the order because of the damage on one of the swags. There is significant amount of pulls on the material which prevents me from using them. Also it took too long to get the order so I am not asking it to be replaced.
The bedspread I ordered was lovely but thinner than even a sheet. Don't recommend it!

I was disappointed in the magnetic blinds that I ordered. Very cheaply made and the magnet would not hold the blind.
